Our Story

We've been helping people become more productive with their time since 2018. Because all of our services can be offered online, it didn't take long to realize that we could serve others on a global scale. In doing so, we quickly discovered that the desire to maximize efficiency has no borders. Though the majority of our clients reside in the United States, the Internet made it possible to support businesses all over the world.

As our business gained momentum, we came to realize that the need for process optimization was not only location agnostic, but also spanned all industries. To this end, we support clients in a variety of sectors, including but not limited to Construction, Retail, Technology, Finance & Insurance, Real Estate, Professional Services, Education, Health Care & Social Assistance, & Arts, Entertainment & Recreation. Supporting such a varied client base allows us to identify commonalities across industries, thereby allowing us to more broadly apply the knowledge & experience gained in doing so when implementing solutions.

Our early success was magnified once the pandemic took hold of the world in early 2020. As businesses looked for ways to cut costs & continue operating with less employees, efficiency optimization became essential to survival. The pandemic has emphasized the need for businesses to be agile & accommodating when it comes to their business processes. Doing more with less became the norm. With survival tied directly to productivity, the demand for our services grew.

From the beginning, making complex things simple has been at the heart of everything we do. We emphasize simplicity & ease of use to ensure that software is an enabler rather than a detractor for our clients. As technology continues to evolve, our commitment will always be the same—to help people spend more time doing the things they enjoy & less time doing the things they don't.

"Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time."

About the Founder

I've been working with computers in some form for the better part of 35 years. It all started in the 1980s when I witnessed my older brother playing the classic text adventure game Zork on his Apple IIe computer. I was fascinated by the way in which computers could respond to user input, & I enjoyed the outlet that computer games provided. It was this interest that ultimately led me to develop my own text-based choose-your-own adventure game after acquiring some basic programming skills shortly thereafter. I've always had an artistic side as well, so I enjoyed drawing video game characters & creating my own. Eager to learn more, I eventually began experimenting with Microsoft Access to gain an understanding of data modeling & user interface design.

Upon earning both my bachelor's & master's degrees in Computer Science from Lehigh University, I entered the corporate workforce with a solid foundation in functional programming & object oriented design. I spent the better part of 15 years in various IT roles doing backend programming, database design, front end development, script automation, infrastructure planning, project management, & everything in between.

Through this experience, I realized that as much as I loved working with technology, it was helping people use it that was most rewarding for me. Time after time I witnessed technology being used inefficiently, effectively complicating matters instead of simplifying them. With that in mind, I wanted to find a way to leverage my skills & experience to simplify the lives of others through the proper use of technology.

With this aim, I founded Jumplogic in 2021, where I serve as the owner & chief architect. I do so with the loving support of my family, including my wife, four children, two cats, & a dog.

At Jumplogic, we know your time is limited. Let us help you use it effectively so you can focus on the things that matter the most to you.
